Congratulations to the "young" veteran
Recently, Viktor Evaldovich Krause, a senior lecturer at the School of Business and Entrepreneurship, joined the ranks of the university veterans, who turned 63, of which almost 40 years were devoted to scientific and pedagogical activities in the higher education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Viktor Evaldovich has been working at our university since 1998, conducting active pedagogical and scientific-methodical work. He has published more than forty research and methodological works in the field of regional economics, geography and environmental economics.
Viktor Evaldovich, in different years of work at our university, held the positions of deputy dean of the faculty for distance learning, worked for about ten years as deputy head of the department. He is known to many as a regular participant in amateur performances of the university and a performer of many songs that were performed by him at New Year's Eve parties and reporting concerts of veterans of EKSTU.
Openness, kindness and decency towards his colleagues, sincere responsiveness and conscientious attitude to his work, these are the traits that characterize him as a person.
We sincerely wish you, Viktor Evaldovich, good health, success in your work, happiness and longevity.

A kind word about the hero of the day
Congratulations on the 50th anniversary of the employee of the scientific library of EKSTU Olga Nikolaevna Drozdova!
Olga Nikolaevna came to the university library at the age of 18, back in 1987. In front of her colleagues, her youth passed, growing up: now she is the mother of two adult children and the grandmother of two lovely granddaughters.
Olga Nikolaevna has worked in different departments of the library over the years, she received two higher educations on the job. Since 2004, she has been the administrator of the automated library program IRBIS.64. It can be said that along with the improvement of IRBIS, her professional qualifications also grew. Olga Nikolaevna is a recognized specialist in this program in the city. Colleagues from the Amanzholov EKSU and the Pushkin East Kazakhstan Regional Library turn to her for advice. She is always ready to help and support colleagues.

No one is forgotten, nothing is forgotten!
A solemn meeting dedicated to the 73rd anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War and Defender of the Fatherland Day was held at D. Serikbayev EKSTU.
The event began with the introduction of the banner. Then the rector of the University Zhasulan Shaimardanov congratulated veterans, employees and students of the university on the holiday.
The creative teams of EKSTU pleased those gathered in the hall with soulful songs of the war years, immersing listeners in deep reflections about those harsh days. So, the song "Ardagerler" in the talented performance of Shalkar Mukamgaliyev was picked up by the whole hall.
During the event, during the slide show of the war years
, many people had tears in their eyes. According to the audience, these were tears of gratitude for the peaceful sky above, friendship and consent of our people.
With a minute of silence, the youth and the older generation honored the memory of heroes whose names will forever remain in the hearts of current and future generations.
- Thank you to the organizers, who have been holding similar events for several years, where we have the opportunity to talk to each other, remember our youth and, of course, listen and sing our favorite songs, - the veterans said.
Also, representatives of the primary trade union organization presented gift certificates to all men of the university in honor of May 7.
Results of the children's drawing contest
At the initiative of the chairman of the primary trade union organization of EKSTU Shahram Soltanbekova, the winners of the children's drawing contest "Gift to Mom" were awarded in the trade union committee. It is worth noting that the competition is dedicated to the International Women's Day on March 8 and is timed to the 60th anniversary of D. Serikbayev EKSTU. At the event, children of different age categories were awarded prizes.
3-6 years old

7-10 years old

The children received diplomas and valuable gifts. The employees of the primary trade union organization were not left without attention. They were also presented with gift certificates and congratulated on the upcoming holiday.

From June 1987 to August 1988, he performed international duty in the Republic of Afghanistan. He was awarded the medal "For Military Merit", as well as jubilee medals of the Armed Forces of the USSR and the Republic of Kazakhstan. |

Retired Lieutenant Colonel, Vladimir Mikhailovich Zatrimailov, born on 10/22/1956, was born in Ust-Kamenogorsk. In 1979 he graduated from the Novosibirsk Higher Military-Political Combined Arms School named after the 60th anniversary of the Great October. In January, 1980, he was sent to the 70th Mountain Brigade to serve in the DRA of Kandahar.In March 1980.for the performance of a combat mission in the province of Dust, the next military rank of senior lieutenant was awarded ahead of schedule. In April 1981. for performing a combat mission in the province of Tirin-Kot, he was awarded the Order of the Red Star.Upon withdrawal from the DRA, he was awarded the medal "From the grateful Afghan people" |
