Installation of heap leaching of UUKVNP-5
- One-time ore loading at the heap leaching plant - up to 500 kg.
Modeling of heap leaching processes of non-ferrous, precious and rare metals from off-balance ores and man-made dumps, tailings of processing plants. The method consists in chemical or bacterial leaching of substandard raw materials. During heap leaching, aqueous solutions of mineral (sulfuric, nitric, hydrochloric) and organic (acetic) acids, soda, and ammonium salts are used as reagents.
By the method of heap leaching, it is possible to process simultaneously extracted off-balance and poor balance ores deposited in dumps, the extraction of useful components from which by conventional enrichment or hydrometallurgical methods (leaching in pachukas, autoclaves and other apparatuses) is unprofitable.
Flotation machines FML-0,3 - 12 for mineral processing
The site is equipped with 5 flotation machines for mineral processing. The flotation enrichment method is based on the selective adhesion of mineral particles to the interface of two phases: liquid - gas, liquid - liquid, etc. Depending on the phases involved in the process, flotation can be oil, foam, on a hydrophobic solid surface, on a fatty surface. Of the flotation methods, the most common is the foam process, when mineral particles are separated with air bubbles in the form of foam.
Mobile modular concentrating plant manufactured by «DeCh» LLP (Kazakhstan)
Gravity enrichment is an important area of mineral processing. For these purposes, the laboratory uses a mobile modular installation for gravity enrichment of various mineral and man-made raw materials. It is mounted on the basis of a conventional 40-foot container and is equipped with all the necessary communications to work in small local fields, as well as in stationary conditions, regardless of the season of the year. The capacity of the plant is up to 300 kg/hour for raw materials.
During the operation of the mobile installation, independent power supply is provided for the main equipment (scrubber butar, jaw crusher, ball mill with feeder, impeller agitator, centrifugal concentrator, concentration table, jigging machine) based on a mobile diesel generator with a capacity of 25 kW/h and independent power supply of the mobile installation for auxiliary equipment based on a mobile electric generator (system heating, lighting, ventilation, fire and security alarm system) - with a capacity of 5 kW/hour.
Complex thermal analysis (differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetry)
Thermogravimetric analyzer TGA/DSC 2 METTLER TOLEDO, Switzerland.
- Temperature range 52-1400°С
- Sample weight - 20-150 mg.
Methods of complex thermal analysis are very effective in assessing the technological properties of raw materials used in the manufacture of parts of aviation and space technology, technological modeling of the curing processes of large composite products, as well as for determining the physico-chemical parameters of the insulation of enameled electrical wires.
Thermogravimetric analysis allows to obtain quantitative information about the change in the mass and heat flow of the sample from temperature and time during heating. The study of physical, physico-chemical and chemical processes occurring in the system.

Atomic-absorption spectrometry
Atomic-absorption spectrometer MGA 915 MD complete with mercury-hydride prefix RGP 915, Lumex, Russia
Measurement of the content of elements (Ag, Al, As, Au, Ba, Be, Bi, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mn, Mo, Ni, Pb, Pd, Pt, Rh, Ru, Se, Sn, Sb, Sr, Ti, V, Zn and etc.) in a wide range of objects: various types (sewage, drinking, natural, marine), atmospheric air, soils, bottom sediments and sewage sludge, food products and raw materials (including beverages), biological tissues and liquids, petrochemical products, as well as metals and alloys and other objects. This device is most effective when analyzing samples with a complex matrix composition.
Liquid chromatography
Liquid chromatograph "LUMACHROM"
Quantitative and qualitative determination of the composition of samples of substances by methods of high-performance liquid chromatography, which consists in the separation of substances as a result of different distribution between the mobile and stationary phases, followed by registration by photometric and/or fluorimetric detectors.
