In Almaty there was a business contest of investment projects. It was held in the framework of the III Republican student festival "Tiregi sender elimnin". Students of Kazakh universities presented their business ideas. It was organized by the Foundation of the First President. The competition was attended by student of D.Serikbayev EKSTU Vasilyi Hwang. He proposed to create a recreation center in the Kurchum district of the East Kazakhstan Region.

- Today, on the eve of cosmonautics Day, our project is very important. It is about creating recreation centres in the area of Kiin-Kerish. It is Kurchum district of East Kazakhstan region. It is a beautiful place in East Kazakhstan. There is desert, like Mars, red brightly-colored clay - said Vailyi Hwang, a student of D. Serikbaev East Kazakhstan state technical University.
