The results of competitions for grant funding "Young Scientist" and "Zhas ghalym" were summarised, according to the results of which young scientists of Serikbayev EKTU will receive financial support for their research.

A team of young scientists from Serikbayev EKTU together with Nuriya Mukhamedova, Senior Researcher at the Institute of Atomic Energy branch of NNC RK RSE, won a grant under the contest for grant funding for young scientists on the topic "Development of reusable hydrides based on boron nitrides" under the priority direction "Energy, Advanced Materials and Transport". This is an important achievement for our university, and I am sure it will make a significant contribution to the development of advanced technologies in the future.

Also, based on the results of the competition of young scientists "Zhas ghalym" 12 post-doctoral students of EKTU won the competition for grant funding of research. Now my colleagues - Amankeldy Turarov, Samat Baigereev, Bekzat Aukenova, Alexey Kasymbaev, Riza Ғabdysalyk, Danagul Aubakirova, Zhanerke Tөleukhanova, Zhanserik Shoshay, Aigerim Ismukhamedova, Meruert Utegenova, Lәzat Liakyin and Bakytgul Agalieva will work on their own projects focused in four priority areas: "Ecology, Environment and Nature Management", "Energy, Advanced Materials and Transport", "Advanced Manufacturing, Digital and Space Technologies", and "Intellectual Potential of the Country".
