In honour of celebration of the Capital day akim of the region Berdybek Saparbayev presented diplomas to the best graduates of the regional center. Also there was 30 diplomas certifying the degree of master science, master's graduates of D.Serikbayev East Kazakhstan state technical University received from the head of the region too. Akim of the region Berdybek Saparbayev congratulated graduates and wished them great achievements in their chosen way for the prosperity of independent Kazakhstan.
