Devoted to the First President Day round table "The formation of social and scientific worldview of students for the years of independence of Kazakhstan"  took place at D.Serikbayev EKSTU. Satti Kadam Project was presented there by the representatives of Jas Otan youth, and speeches were delivered by Madina Karibaeva, Chairman of the Young Scientist Board of EKSTU, Bakyt Zlobin, Director of  Department for Educational Work and Social Issues, Aybek Baukenov, Chairman of the Youth Committee, Aydar Nurlanov, students and Beybyt Kondybaeva, undergraduates.

Within the round table, Nurlan Temirbekov, Rector of the University, solemnly awarded the winners of the annual contest "Best Innovative Project: Innovation - 2013". Main prize "Golden Griffin " for first place in the competition was awarded the project "Computer-aided control of swarming bees" of M. Murzin. Second place and "Silver Gryphon" won the project "Energy-saving compressor" of A. Boltabaeva. Third place and "Bronze Gryphon" was given to the project "Organization of production of small feeders: feeders of broad class of applications" of A. Erulanova.
