Discussion implementation issues of the fourth direction of the Nation plan - 100 concrete steps -"Identity and unity" was held in D. Serikbayev EKSTU. Science Committee chairman of Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Sanssyzbai Zholdaspayev, deputy akim of East Kazakhstan region - Zhaksylyk Omar, the first vice-chairman of East Kazakhstan region branch of "Nur Otan" party - Nurlybek Sherubayev, representatives of public associations and parties of the region, scientists, lecturers and students of the University took part in the event.

Sanssyzbai Zholdaspayev noted that currently expository work on the program speech of President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev in which he denoted concrete goals, gave 100 orders covering all major areas of institutional reforms and all of this is conducted in all regions of the country. 

- In the framework of the fourth reform "Nation of single future" six steps are identified on Kazakhstan identity on the basis of the value of ideas "Mangilik Yel" - emphasized Sanssyzbai Iliussizovich. - The plan of measures worked out on this direction, in accordance with that work on realization of marked concrete steps will line up.

The Chairman of regional public Council - Vladimir Lopatkin, professor of D. Serikbayev EKSTU - Liliya Stolyarova, director of the regional college of arts named after folk artists brothers Abdullins - Almira Dyussupova, the Chairman of the regional youth branch "Zhas Otan" - Marzhan Bakhyt, the Chairman of the youth affairs Committee of the University - Samat Baigereyev also said speeches about the implementation of five institutional reforms in the sphere of voiced 100 concrete steps.
