The expanded meeting of the Committee on Legislation and Judicial and Legal Reform of the Republic of Kazakhstan Majilis of the Parliament under the chairmanship of the head of this department with the Nur Otan Party Nurlan Abdirov took place in the column hall of D. Serikbayev EKSTU.

The meeting of the Committee was attended by judges, officials of the justice bodies, law enforcement agencies and akimat of the East Kazakhstan region, the leadership of EKSTU, a number of authorized central state bodies, as well as the party "Nur Otan", SPE "Atameken" and other representatives of the business community, the media and non-governmental organizations.

Amendments to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses, introduced by the Government in the Majilis of the Parliament, were discussed.

 It was noted that within the framework of the humanization of administrative and delictional legislation, it is proposed to reduce the amount of administrative fines, expand the application of the warning institute, review the types of penalties in favor of humanization, expand the scope of application of the reduced production, as well as the list of entities, including legal entities, the fine may be reduced to within 30% of the total amount.
