An online conference was 3rd of December 2014 at the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in support of the activities of the communication platform G-Global. Its members were the heads of scientific organizations, higher educational institutions, regional education departments and Astana and Almaty cities.

Vice-rectors, Directors of departments and Deans of faculties of D. Serikbayev EKSTU at the head of the Rector of the University, Doctor of physical and mathematical Sciences, Professor, the academician of NIA RK, corresponding member of NAS RK - Nurlan Temirbekov also took part in the online conference.

This communicative space created on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - N. A. Nazarbayev. The purpose of the project site is to create conditions for interactive, opened, public discussions and debates with participation of the international expert community; the exchange of ideas and experience of Kazakhstan and foreign experts; identification of the most relevant expertise work for discussing and implement projects; improving the image and the role of Kazakhstan experts in the world community.

Vice-Minister of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Takir Balykpayev, the Deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Serik Nugerbekov and rectors of universities: Al-Farabi KNU - Galymkair Mutanov, L. N. Gumilyov ENU - Yerlan Sadykov, Korkyt-ata Kyzylorda SU - Kylyshbay Bissenov, Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau SU - Abdumutalip Abzhapparov spoke a speech on online conference presentations.

During the online video conferencing the question about organization VIII Astana economic forum on the theme of "Improving education as a key factor of human capital" was discussed. The current state is preparing the organization for the panel session.

The event is relevant in the light of the implementation Message "Nurly Zhol is the way to the future" of the Head of state - Nursultan Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan. According to the results of the online conference it was decided to establish the headquarters of the communication platform G-Global in our University with the aim of attracting teachers, students, master's degree students and doctoral students to innovative projects, directly related to the needs of SPIID, in order to successfully fulfill the request of the Elbasy and to make its contribution to the formation of the image of the state on the international arena.
