The American Councils of the International Education have the honour of declaring launching of the Program of Young Academic Staff Development.
Teachers of the humanities and social sciences of higher educational institutions are invited to take part in competition giving the opportunity of free training in one of the American universities for one semester, improving knowledge of the major subject, attending various courses at an American university and of closely contacting to the American colleagues.
