Once again honorable consul of Bavaria in the Republic of Kazakhstan Reynkhold Kremmel visited EKSTU. His visit was appointed on discussion of further cooperation with EKSTU on the building construction project of one of higher education institution building with the use of energy saving technologies.

In conversation with the consul took part – Rector of D. Serikbayev EKSTU - Nurlan Temirbekov,  Vice rector on science and international cooperation - Oleg Gavrilenko, Vice rector on educational work and social development Zhaksykeldy Nazbiyev, Dean of architectural and construction faculty Bakhytnur Nukhayeva, Dean of economy and management faculty Evgeny Varavin, the director of design institute “Vostokakademproject” Alexander Hapin.

At the very beginning of dialogue Mr. Kremmel noted that he is very glad that experts of EKSTU pay so much attention and make so many efforts for implementation of this project.

– The energy saving subject around the world nowadays is one of most discussed, – he noted. – In Germany it is also actual but while the majority of projects on this technology have more theoretical, than practical character. We have some calculations, practice and we are ready to share with you, however, you should correct this data according to the local conditions and to get own experience in this direction.

Discussion of further development of bilateral cooperation on the project began with the analysis of the current situation.  Each of the parties stated the point of view on existing problems and gave offers on their decision.  Among them the main problem subject of the discussed project is an open question of its financing.

Here Mr. Kremel noted that, considering all nuances, and also urgency of a project subject for the state as a whole, when developing its concept necessary to be limited not only by university framework but also to adapt the project for region. In this regard, it can be brought to another level where will be possible to have strong support from the state.
