Since the dawn of time, D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University is considered to be the place where is held a great diversity of fascinating events for implementation of university educational work. Going on traditions of the university, «Miss EKSTU-2016» student competition was occurred among 11 young girls in 30 March 2016.

To begin with, aforementioned competition commenced from glorious presentation of the participants. To be more precise, all the information concerning their interests was given for audience. According to this part of the competition, girls depicted that they capable of doing enhanced range of different creative activity. For instance, some of participants are able to play the musical instruments, in particular piano and cello. Moreover, their talents were appeared in dance, singing and other things like that.

In addition to this, candidates want to achieve the winner's rang have experienced answering the questions in the intellectual part of the competition. There were 4 categories of questions which were divided to four directions, namely policy, traditions, university and history of Kazakhstan. Each category comprised 5 questions with different levels of complexity. The members of jury have assessed opportunities of participants to do making up as well. Young girls have showed their talented abilities in the creative part of the competition.

To sum up, as winner of competition the name of «Miss EKSTU-2016» was announced Damira Orynbayeva, which is a 2 year student of faculty information technology and business. The 1st Vice Miss was announced Zhibek Taitoleu, 3 year student of faculty of engineering, the title of the 2nd Vice Miss was given to Dana Rakisheva, 3 year student of faculty information technology and business, the title of the 3rd Vice Miss was given to Togzhan Maratbekkyzy.

The audience have chosen Damira Orynbayev as a winner of competition «Miss of audience sympathy».
