Dear colleagues,
Thank you for the materials of your reports sent to us. Your report has been included into the Conference program
Hardware for presenting illustrative materials:
Computer with laser projector for oral reports presentation.
1 m2will be provided for every poster paper.
The conference holding place and the participants placement
Plenary meeting will be June 09, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Main building of EKSTU.
After lunch the participants will leave for the holiday center “Goluboy Zaliv”. The participants will be placed in single and double rooms. The price of a double room is from 4,800 tenges a day including four-time meals.
Please, before May 15, 2010 confirm your taking part in the Conference and let us know your arrival in Ust-Kamenogorsk time and means of transport. We will meet you.
We also ask you to purchase your return tickets in advance.
Registration
Participants arrival from June 08, 2010.
Participants departure June 13-14, 2010.
Registration of the participants will be in the Main building of EKSTU from 9:00 a.m. Registration fee in amount of 5,000 tenges can be transferred on the bank account or paid right at registration
Weather:
In the first decade of June in Ust-Kamenogorsk the temperature usually is Обычновпервойдекадеиюня+15-25°С, without much rain.
June 7-8 a workshop on transmission electron microscopy will be conducted with the participating of Japanese and Russian experts.
