August 2, 2015 on the basis of the military unit №27943 took place solemn oath student cadets of the military department of D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University.

Deputy commander of the military unit №27943 Sabit Urkenbaev addressed to the cadets and said:

- Today, you have given a sacred oath to defend the motherland, be faithful to her, and this great day which you will remember for a lifetime.

Also Oleg Mantsurov a chief of the military department of D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University, Viktor Lyakh a honorary veteran of the armed forces and retired colonel, Aytkazy Ahmetkaliev a veteran of war and labor, Alma Pazylova a mother of one of the students congratulated the cadets.
