The Chairman of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education Darkhan Ahmed-Zaki met with the leaders of the leading enterprises of the East Kazakhstan region.
Darkhan Ahmed-Zaki met with the management of Kazzinc to discuss the integration of science and education in production, industry, present and future.
Recently, the President of the country noted: “The accelerated development of the manufacturing industry is possible only on the basis of innovations and advanced technologies. This is an axiom. Therefore, the Kazakh economy should become science-intensive.” In this context, there should be a communication mechanism between the enterprise, the administration of the region and the University. The content of the new legislation on science will also include this strategy.
“The university should have activities to monitor the demand of the enterprise. The potential customer is you,” said Darkhan Zhumakanovich to the representatives of the enterprise. “Theoretically, universities should constantly monitor the news in the field of production and present them to you. world and consider ways to adapt in the interests of a regional enterprise.
At the end of the meeting, close ties and strategic interaction between EKTU and Kazzinc were discussed. Regional representatives of science and business spoke about the ongoing activities to prepare students, search for industrial innovative solutions.
Also, the Chairman of the Science Committee visited the Ulba Metallurgical Plant, which works in the nuclear direction. The possibilities of closer cooperation were discussed, taking into account internal legislative acts and restrictions on such enterprises as UMP JSC.
The second day Darkhan Ahmed-Zaki met with scientists from the VKTU named after. D. Serikbaev, as well as with the heads of the enterprise JSC "UZPA" Akhmadiev R.B. and LLP "OHMK" Abitaev F.K.
