Presentation of new educational programs “Digital Kazakhstan - guarantee of efficiency and success” took place in the main educational building of D. Serikbayev EKSTU.The event was organized by the International Technology Postgraduate School Өskemen (ITPS OK)of D. Serikbayev EKSTU.

The event was participated by the EKSTU’s rector, Zhassulan Shaimardanov; Associate Professor of MSTU named after Bauman (National Research University), Pavel Markov; Dean of the ITPS OK, Tamara Segeda; representatives of enterprises and local executive bodies - co-developers of innovative educational programs such as LLP “Kazzinc,” LLP “Kazzinctech,” JSC “UMP,” Health Department of EKR, LLP "Experimental Farm of Pancake Crops" and others.

During the presentation, information on the activities of the ITPS OK, on the experience of implementing a program on the basis of the school program for JSC “UMP”, was presented along with  8 innovative educational programs: "Precision Agriculture", "Medical Technology", "Robotic Unmanned Vehicles", "Additive Technologies" , "Digital methods of Earth exploration", "Interfaces of human interaction with computer systems (Augmented and virtual reality)", "Intelligent life support systems" and "BIM - technologies in design".

The focus groups of each educational program were enterprises interested in training highly qualified technical personnel for solving specific production tasks. For each innovative educational program, the university together with industry customers carried out serious preliminary work to identify the required competencies of IEP graduates.

It should be noted that in order to ensure world-class quality, close contacts were established with leading universities and scientists of Russia, Belarus, Germany and other countries.

Also for the guests there was organized a tour of the laboratories of the university.
