According to the decision of regional maslikhat from the 14th of July, 2016 No. 5/33-IV "About implementation of the state youth policy Concept of Kazakhstan till 2020 "Kazakhstan – 2020: path to future" in East Kazakhstan region" there was established a working group to study the situation by graduates of region schools, entering at the same Kazakhstan, foreign universities.
The rector of D. Serikbayev EKSTU Zhassulan Shaimardanov has headed this working group to explore the causes of the East Kazakhstan region’s graduates churn to the Russian universities. Analysis was conducted and recommendations to reduce churn were developed on the basis of D. Serikbayev EKSTU.
On the 5th of October, at the VI session of East Kazakhstan regional maslikhat, rector of D. Serikbayev EKSTU. Zh. Shaimardanov made a speech about the results of the analysis.
