The branch of Sberbank in Ust-Kamenogorsk handed over books from the "Sberbank Library" series to the East Kazakhstan State Technical University named after D. Serikbayev, as well as access to the electronic version of the library.
Now, more than 1200 books of business literature and 45 books from "Sberbank Library" will be available electronically to students around the clock and anywhere worldwide . The electronic library supports three formats: Web-format, as well as iOS and Android formats, which do not require the Internet connection. The collection provides for a convenient division of books as per the focus of the issues under study - from "Leadership" up to "Books for Parents". A special format of "Hybrid Books" contains audio and text format. Furthermore, all the users of the university library will have access to the Russian business magazine "RBK".
As Deputy Director of the Sberbank branch in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Olga Fedorenko, said: "We have strong friendly relations with the EKSTU. More than 70 percent of our employees are the university graduates. In the future, we plan to hold guest lectures in the university, and are inviting students to have practice, after which ones who distinguished themselves can be employed by us".
Within the scope of the meeting, the parties signed the Cooperation Agreement.
