August 17-18, 2017 in the JSC "Information and Analytical Center" under the Ministry of Education and Science held a seminar for secretaries of supervisory boards of 30 higher educational Kazakhstan institutions. The purpose of this seminar was to familiarize the participants with the international experience of the institution functioning of the company/corporate secretary, its main functions, duties and rights.
