In the column hall of the main building of EKSTU, solemn presentation of diplomas with honors to graduates of bachelor's and master's degrees was held.

- In 1963, the university first issued 79 specialists, among which 8 people received diplomas with distinction, - said the rector of D.Serikbayev EKSTU Zhassulan Shaimardanov. - This year is the 55th issue. The university has prepared 907 bachelors and 160 masters. 157 of them graduated from high school with honors.

On this day the diplomas with distinction were received by the best graduates - 26 of baccalaureate and 30 of magistracy.

Heads of enterprises of the region, as well as relatives of graduates took part in the solemn ceremonial awarding of diplomas.
