Two-day seminar on the topic “Achieving your goals: successful models and methods of strategic planning and performance management in higher education” took place in administrative building of EKSTU named after D. Serikbayev. The training was conducted under the leadership of the Director of Center of Research, Innovations, and Educations, Professor, ex-rector of the Wells University (Newport, England), Stephen Hagen. The event was participated by the workers and teachers of the university.

During the training, the main issues of the process of the strategic development in universities; examples of strategic development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of strategies; personnel efficiency management;  risk assessment, management of risks, and evaluations of the results of strategic plans were discussed.

In the end, all participants received certificates.
