At D.Serikbayev East-Kazakhstan State Technical University there was held the international scientific-technical conference of students, postgraduates and young scientists under the title "Creativity of youth - innovative development of Kazakhstan". The event took place with support of akimat of the region and was timed to the day of Kazakhstan science workers. The conference was attended by about 1000 people from Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation and Tajikistan.

Students, undergraduates and school students presented more than 1300 scientific works in the Kazakh, Russian and English. They are all made based on the needs of important industries like construction, engineering, industry, mining sector, information communication, power, military science, sports etc. The best works were awarded with diplomas, letters of thanks and incentive prizes.

At the final meeting, the organizers and the participants expressed wishes to expand the geography of the conference with the involvement of young scientists from our Republic, the CIS and far abroad.
