Institute of Post - University training and new educational technologies organized a master class "Communicative Charisma" (Acting Psychotechnics in Pedagogical Activity) in the "Management in Education" block, the participants  were teachers and university staff.

From February 15 to March 15, classes were conducted by Galina Krasovskikh, the coach for directing, acting, stage speech, speech culture.

The program included questions of establishing contacts, the art of influencing and negotiating, verbal and non-verbal communication.

Active methods of teaching used in the process of training that will be used later in the classroom and in professional activities.
