The aim of the visit of  D. Serikbaev EKSTU delegation  consisted  of the rector Zh. Shaimardanov, Co-rectors O. Gavrilenko, N. Linok, deans M. V. Dudkin, T. Ryspaev, N. F. Denisova, The Head of the Marketing and PR Center  A. Zakimova, PhD in technical Sciences O. V. Rudenko, S. V. Plotnikov, N.A. Kulenova, was to get to know  the activities of the Pavlodar University, and to discuss the prospects of partnership in the field of education and science.

The delegation of EKSTU after the meeting visited the archaeological Museum and the laboratory of S. Toraigyrov Pavlodar State University.

Also, the guests were shown the newly opened startup Academy. Startup allows the University to become a full-fledged entrepreneurial University.

Reference: international Startup Academy opened on the basis of S. Toraigyrov Pavlodar State University in accordance with the development Strategy of the region until 2030. Activities of educational institutions aimed to stimulate student and faculty entrepreneurship and commercialization of scientific and research projects. Currently, the Academy established business contacts with business representatives of the countries of the near and not-so-near abroad.

During the meeting there was signed  Memorandum on partnership between  two universities in joint research laboratories and temporary research teams for the implementation of various research projects, academic mobility of students, internships, graduate and doctoral students, completion of professional practice at universities, participation in international educational and scientific projects and programs.
