On the 22nd of February at D. Serikbayev EKSTU there was held a meeting on scientific research and development scientific and industrial enterprises with the participation of Minister for investment and development of Kazakhstan Zhenis Kassymbek and akim Daniyal Akhmetov.

The meeting was attended by scientists of the University and the heads of the large enterprises of the region as JSC "UMP", "Kazzinc", LLP "East region" and JSC "UK TMK".

The rector of D. Serikbayev EKSTU Zhassulan Shaimardanov made a welcoming speech.

There was presented program and research and development, which the University held in collaboration with industrial enterprises of the region and based on their business needs. The Akim of the region Daniyal Akhmetov said that all these projects were close to real production.

 - The result of any scientific work should be the complete commercialization. In the end, all of these programs should work effectively for the implementation of the address of the Head of state, - concluded the Minister Zh. Kassymbek.
