Today, on the 28th of November, the series of workshops on pedagogy was launched in D. Serikbayev EKSTU. This 5-part series gives understanding of what pedagogy is, what good or effective pedagogy does, shows simple ways to make teaching more “pedagogically sound” and to improve the outcomes of lessons. The seminars are designed for content teachers and members of faculty not formally trained in pedagogy. It will be interesting to content teachers and members of faculty desiring a refresher on basic pedagogy too.

The trainer of the series of seminar is Stephanie Corwin, the English Language Fellow sent by regional English language Office of the USA Embassy in Kazakhstan.
