On October 23, 2024, a regular meeting of the ISM (Integrated Management System) Coordinating Council was held at the EKTU, at which the following issues were considered: On the implementation of decisions of the ISM CC dated 06/28/2024; On preparation for the supervisory audit of the QMS, ACMS; On the internal audit program of the NJSC «D.Serikbayev EKTU» for the 2024-2025 academic year.; The results of the survey «Graduates through the eyes of employers» and «Teacher through the eyes of colleagues»; On the results of the implementation of recommendations based on the results of surveys conducted in the 2023-2024 academic year (feedback); On conducting a SP briefing among new employees; On changing and approving the ISM IRD.

Information was also provided on the upcoming work of the external expert group of the Central Asian Association for Educational Accreditation (CAAAE) on conducting an external audit within the framework of institutional accreditation, which will take place on October 29-31, 2024.
