Project abstract

The introduction of new educational and information technologies in the educational process and the formation of a single educational space are currently the dominant trends that determine the development of the education system. The program of informatization of the education system proclaims the creation of a single information and educational space based on a single information and educational network. Support for the processes of informatization of society, the achievement of qualitatively new states in the field of education, information culture - is defined as the strategic task of the transition to e-government ("e-government").

In the context of the pandemic, the universal unscheduled and simultaneous transition to distance technologies in the field of training and labor activity of universities, the problems of heterogeneity of information systems, the lack of universal solutions and intersystem interaction were completely exposed.

The project aims to develop scientific and methodological foundations for the implementation of modern information and innovative technologies in the educational system, which includes: standardized mechanisms, tools, methods and algorithms for the interaction of the University’s LMS with external services, platforms and systems of different levels.

The main tasks:

  • to build a classifier of scenarios for the development of information and innovation, both areas of educational systems, taking into account the existing technical and technological base;
  • to develop unified standards for LMS university;
  • to develop a system for assessing the quality of LMS University;
  • to identify a set of requirements for the hardware and software of the LMS University;
  • to show the application of various educational projects in the context of information and innovative technologies;
  • to perform the classification of services and systems of on-Line education (LMS, visual interaction services, control and monitoring services).
  • to develop recommendations for the selection of external systems and services for integration;
  • to develop algorithms for the interaction of the University LMS with state information systems.

Research methodology: management theory, theory of statistical analysis, theory of artificial intelligence, theory of economic and mathematical methods and models, models of knowledge representation, theory of information systems design.

Development of an architectural solution based on an integration gateway for the interaction of blocks of the LMS software and hardware complex and algorithms for the interaction of the university's LMS with external systems and services of state IP.

Development of an online education model for universities.
