Project abstract:

Non-formal education is considered as one of the mechanisms that stimulates the improvement of competencies throughout life, contributes to the training of personnel of a new formation.

The educational environment based on process-oriented approaches will create experience applicable in various contextual conditions, will contribute to the personal self-identification of students, form specialists and professionals who will be able to give impetus to the innovative development of Kazakhstan.

The significant scientific potential of the project lies in the fact that non–formal education is considered as a triad, or a trinity of such components as "student – university - external environment". This approach makes it possible to fully and in detail approach the process of modeling the appropriate educational environment. The implementation of non-formal education will give the student academic freedom, consisting in the possibility of choosing a place of study for certain competencies (these may be different universities, enterprises, and other organizations providing educational services), the ability to build their own educational trajectory based on a critical understanding of educational content, as well as emotional and psychological comfort of the learning process.

In the model of non-formal education, the "university" becomes an active participant in the educational community through the development of online education, the creation of advanced courses. The system of transfer of internal courses and courses of external educational organizations creates the image of a university open to innovation, focused on satisfying personal needs.

Objective of the project: an adaptive model of non–formal education "student – university - external educational environment" and a favorable educational environment that stimulates self-education and self-identification of students, and forms the skills of self-organization of educational activities.

  • 2 articles and (or) reviews in peer-reviewed foreign and (or) domestic publications recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Sphere of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in the areas of "Pedagogical Sciences", "Philological Sciences") - the publication will provide a theoretical justification for the concept of non-formal education, its scientific and theoretical approaches and principles;
  • Roadmap for the introduction of non-formal education in the D. Serikbaev EKTU

  • 2 articles and (or) reviews in peer-reviewed foreign and (or) domestic publications recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Sphere of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in the areas of "Pedagogical Sciences", "Philological Sciences") - the results of the research phase of the study will be presented in the articles: mechanisms for creating a model of non-formal education and forming the educational environment that supports this education;
  • a monograph with a scientific and theoretical description of the model of non-formal education "student - university - external educational environment";
  • a textbook on the scientific, methodological and practical foundations of the organization of non-formal education at the university;
  • Cooperation agreements with universities of Kazakhstan and foreign countries and structures offering different content and formats of education;
